You can delete your Jyoti 108 account and data yourself at any time, free of charge. This page is for users of the Telegram bot, the web app, the Mini App and the mobile apps (Android and iOS).

Send the command /delete_me.
Confirm twice.
The account is deleted 7 days later. Until then you can cancel by sending /delete_me again.
Web app, Mini App and mobile apps
Open Settings.
At the bottom, press Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately, and every signed-in session ends. If you signed in with Apple, our access to your Apple ID is revoked too.
Family cabinet
Open Access → Delete family and data and confirm. All family members, notes, reminders, shares and your family cabinet login are deleted.
Psychologist and coach cabinets
Next to your email at the top, press delete account (coach cabinet: Удалить аккаунт in the top bar) and type DELETE to confirm. Your account, every client and all records about them (notes, screenings, sessions, tasks, measures, goals, check-ins) are deleted immediately; an active coach subscription is cancelled first.
Without access to the app
Write to info@jyotisoftllc.com from the email linked to your account, or use Support in the bot. Tell us your Telegram username or the account email. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your Telegram ID, username, names, email and sign-in methods.
Your birth data, current location, settings and life context.
People and children you added, with their birth data.
Your questions, messages, readings, reports, course answers, support messages and notes.
What is kept
An anonymised record of payments (amounts, dates, internal number) for 7 years, because accounting and tax law require it. It no longer contains anything that identifies you.
Technical logs and encrypted backups until they expire: logs up to 60 days, backups up to 180 days.
Your remaining stars balance is lost on deletion — see the Payments & Refund Policy. To delete only some data (for example, one person), delete it in the app, or write to us.
