Day by day

The programme

Level 1 · Deep Focus: 7 Days
  1. Day 0 Foundation: an analysis for your chart — what exactly you can lean on in this course.
  2. Day 1 Audit: for one day, note every time your attention leaves and what pulled it. No fixing yet — just the map.
  3. Day 2 The phone goes to another room, not face-down on the desk. Its mere presence costs working memory.
  4. Day 3 One 25-minute block on one task, timer visible, nothing else open. Note what it felt like at minute 12.
  5. Day 4 Batch the notifications: two or three check-in windows instead of a continuous drip.
  6. Day 5 One 50-minute block — long enough that the work gets deep, with a real break after, not a scroll.
  7. Day 6 An entry ritual as an if-then: 'if I sit down at 09:30, then I open the one file and start the timer'.
  8. Day 7 Your protocol: block length, how many a day, where the phone lives, and what you do when a block collapses.
Level 2 · Clear Mind · Level 2: Deep Work
  1. Day 0 Foundation: an analysis for your chart — what exactly you can lean on in this course.
  2. Day 1 Audit your attention: for one morning, note every switch and what triggered it.
  3. Day 2 A deep-work block: one scheduled sixty-to-ninety-minute block on one task, with a written goal for the block.
  4. Day 3 Digital boundaries: notifications off for the block, chat checked at set times, and a status that says when you will reply.
  5. Day 4 One list: move every open task out of your head into one trusted list, so the mind stops rehearsing them.
  6. Day 5 Boredom and the urge: when you want to switch, wait ninety seconds and let the urge peak and pass.
  7. Day 6 Restore attention: a real break between blocks — a walk, a window, no screen.
  8. Day 7 Your week protocol: how many blocks, when, what they protect, and what you do when a block collapses.
Level 3 · Clear Mind · Level 3: Learning and Creating
  1. Day 0 Foundation: an analysis for your chart — what exactly you can lean on in this course.
  2. Day 1 A learning goal: one skill or subject for the next three months, and what 'good enough' will look like.
  3. Day 2 Retrieve, don't re-read: close the notes and write down everything you remember, then check.
  4. Day 3 Spacing: schedule reviews at one day, three days, a week and a month instead of one long session.
  5. Day 4 Explain it: teach one idea in plain words to a person or a blank page, and notice the gaps.
  6. Day 5 Interleaving: mix two related topics or problem types in one session instead of blocking them.
  7. Day 6 Creative flow: one block with a clear goal, a challenge just above your level and nothing that can interrupt.
  8. Day 7 Your year protocol: the goal, the weekly review rhythm, the creative block, and how you restart after a gap.
How it works

A course that knows your chart

No app to install and no video to sit through: short lessons arrive in Telegram at the time you choose.

1 · Open the bot

The button opens @Jyoti108bot on this course's card. If you are new, the bot asks once for your date, time and place of birth.

2 · Day 0 is free

The first lesson is an analysis for your chart: which of your strengths to lean on in this topic. You pay only if you want to continue.

3 · One lesson a day

A short story, one idea in plain words, a practice of up to two minutes and one question for yourself — at the hour you choose.

4 · At your own pace

Missed a day? Nothing is lost — the next lesson waits, and the course can be paused. On the last day you put together your personal protocol.

Not a mock-up

What a lesson sounds like

Anxiety doesn't like schedules. That is exactly why a schedule works on it. Today you will learn to give worry one window a day — and take back the other fifteen hours.

The story

Marina set a timer for 9 p.m. Not because she believed in it — because she had promised herself to try once. At 3:40 p.m. an email came from the auditor. She caught herself on the third loop and wrote in her notebook: “auditor, 9 p.m.” By evening the list had six lines. At 9 p.m. she sat down and found that four of the six no longer worried her.

Today's practice

After you put the kettle on this evening, open your notes and write one line: “worry window, 9 p.m.” If it hits you during the day, write the topic down in one word and bring yourself back to what you were doing. At 9 p.m. — a 15-minute timer and the whole list.

An excerpt from day three of “Anxiety: 7 Days of Grounding”. The character is fictional; your lesson is written for your chart.

Before you start

Questions

How do I pay?
Inside @Jyoti108bot, with Telegram Stars (★). The price is on the course card before you pay; if your balance is short, the bot offers a top-up.
Is Day 0 really free?
Yes. The first lesson — the analysis for your chart — comes before any payment. You continue only if it suits you.
When do the lessons arrive?
Once a day, at the time you pick when you start (by default 8:00 local time).
Do I have to take the levels in order?
Yes: level 2 opens after level 1 is completed, level 3 after level 2. The bundle pays for all three at once, and each level opens as you go.
How is this different from an app or an article?
Every lesson is written for your birth chart and for how your previous day went. The chart is calculated by a Vedic astronomy engine; the lesson text is written by AI on top of those calculations.
Can I buy several courses at once?
Yes. Add them to the cart; the bot opens with the whole list, and each course starts at the time you choose.
  • The lessons are written by AI from your calculated chart; the chart itself is calculated by a deterministic engine.
  • The course teaches self-help skills. It is not treatment, not psychotherapy and not a substitute for a professional.
  • One lesson a day. If you miss a day, the course waits; you can also pause it.
  • 18+. You need your date, time and place of birth — the bot asks once.
