Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Jyoti 108: the Telegram bot @Jyoti108bot, the Telegram Mini App, the website and web app at app.jyoti108.com, the mobile apps and the related cabinets (together, the Service). The Service is provided by JyotiSoft LLC, New Mexico Business ID 0008118614, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us").

By starting the bot, creating an account or using any paid feature you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service calculates Vedic astrology (Jyotish) charts from the birth data you enter and produces readings, forecasts, reports, courses and answers to your questions. Most texts are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) models on the basis of the calculated chart — see the AI & Content Disclaimer.

The Service is for self-reflection, education and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it does not predict the future with certainty.

2. Who may use it

• The Telegram bot is available from the age of 13. The web app and the mobile apps are available from the age of 18.
• If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service, and buy anything in it, only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Data about children may be entered only by their parent or guardian — see the Children's Privacy Notice.
• You must give true data about yourself and have the right to enter data about other people you add (for example, their birth data for a compatibility reading).

3. Your account

Your account is your Telegram account, or an account you create with an email address, Google or Apple. Keep your login details safe; actions in your account are treated as yours. You can delete your account at any time — see How to delete your data.

4. Stars, prices and payment

• Paid features are paid in internal stars (⭐). You get stars by paying with Telegram Stars or another payment method offered at the moment of purchase. The price of every paid feature is shown before you confirm it.
• Stars are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back for money, and cannot be transferred to another person. Bonus stars (gifts, promotions, subscription credits) may expire; the expiry is shown in your balance.
• Details on holds, automatic refunds and refund requests are in the Payments & Refund Policy.
• In the iOS app, stars can be spent but not bought through external links, according to App Store rules.

5. Immediate delivery of digital content

Readings and reports are digital content made for you on request. When you confirm a paid feature, you ask us to start at once, and you acknowledge that, once the content has been delivered, you lose the statutory right to withdraw from that purchase where such a right exists. If we fail to deliver, the stars are returned automatically — see the Payments & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the Service to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• enter data about another person without the right to do so;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass limits or payments, or access other users' data;
• use the Service's output to give professional (medical, legal, financial) advice to others as if it came from a qualified professional;
• resell the Service or its output commercially without our written permission.

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the law allows, we will tell you why.

7. Content

• The texts, reports, images and courses of the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may use the readings made for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You keep the rights to what you write to us. You give us the right to process it to provide the Service to you (see the Privacy Policy).
• AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgement.

8. Health, safety and crisis situations

The Service does not provide care or counselling. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line at once — see the AI & Content Disclaimer for resources. When the Service detects such a message, it stops the reading, answers with help resources, and does not charge you.

9. App stores

If you downloaded a mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not the store. The store has no obligation to maintain or support the app. For the iOS app, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted work. We may change or discontinue features. We will announce material changes to these Terms in the bot or the app at least 14 days in advance; if you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence), or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of readings, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first — most questions are solved quickly. Disputes go to the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. EU consumers may also use their national consumer dispute bodies.
