Children's Privacy Notice and Parental Consent

1. Who can use the Service

• The Telegram bot @Jyoti108bot is available from the age of 13. The web app and the mobile apps are available from the age of 18.
• The age is checked from the birth date you enter. If it is below the minimum, the Service does not give readings. Users aged 13–17 see a stronger reminder that answers are written by AI and a reminder to take breaks.
• The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, write to info@jyotisoftllc.com and we will delete it.

2. Children's data entered by parents

Some features are made for parents: children's charts and reports (for example, Gurukula), the family cabinet, and people you add as "child". In these features the parent or legal guardian, not the child, enters the data and uses the Service.

What we process about a child: name or nickname, birth date, time and place, gender, and — in the family cabinet — the notes, events and check-ins the parent writes. We use it only to make the readings, reports and family views the parent asked for. We do not contact children, show them advertising, or build profiles of them for any other purpose.

3. Parental consent

Before a child's data is used in the family cabinet, the parent confirms the consent below; the confirmation, its time and the version of this text are recorded. In other features, adding a child's data is itself the confirmation.

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of this child, and I consent to JyotiSoft LLC processing the child's data that I enter (name, birth data, gender, and notes I write) for astrological and family readings in Jyoti 108, as described in the Children's Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. I can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Withdrawing consent and deleting a child's data

• Family cabinet: on the "Access" screen withdraw consent for a child — readings for that child stop at once; "Delete family and data" on the same screen deletes all family members and their data.
• People list: delete the person — they disappear from the Service at once and their data is erased when your account is deleted.

5. Sharing

A child's data is shared only with people the parent chooses (for example, a co-parent or a teacher with a time-limited link), and with our processors as described in the Privacy Policy.
