Anxiety: 7 Days of Grounding — One tool a day against anxiety and panic — practical, gentle, and written for how your chart handles stress.

Who it is for

  • Worry takes up hours of your day
  • Your body reacts before your mind can think
  • You want tools for the hard moment, not theory

What you take away

  • A daily “worry window” instead of worrying all day
  • A short practice for the moment anxiety spikes
  • A protocol for a hard week
One path · three levels

Start with level 1 — or take the whole path

Each level is 8 lessons: Day 0 plus 7 days, one lesson a day in Telegram, written for your birth chart. Level 2 takes the skill into harder situations; level 3 turns it into your own plan for the year ahead.

Day by day

The programme

Level 1 · Anxiety: 7 Days of Grounding
  1. Day 0 Foundation: an analysis for your chart — what exactly you can lean on in this course.
  2. Day 1 Anxiety is a false alarm, not a danger signal: name it and separate a fact from a 'what if'.
  3. Day 2 The worry window: give worry one scheduled 15-minute slot instead of the whole day.
  4. Day 3 Sort it: is this worry solvable (then it is a task) or unsolvable (then it is worry)? Two-minute test.
  5. Day 4 Decatastrophise on paper: worst case, most likely case, what you would actually do.
  6. Day 5 A gentle interoceptive probe: notice a body sensation on purpose for 30 seconds and let it pass, with the option to stop at any point.
  7. Day 6 One behavioural experiment: do the small avoided thing and record what actually happened versus the forecast.
  8. Day 7 Your personal plan: triggers, the two techniques that worked, an if-then for the next spike, and where to get help.
Level 2 · Steady · Level 2: Living with Uncertainty
  1. Day 0 Foundation: an analysis for your chart — what exactly you can lean on in this course.
  2. Day 1 Map your own anxiety loop: trigger, thought, body, what you do next, and what that costs you.
  3. Day 2 Intolerance of uncertainty: practise one small 'I don't know yet' without resolving it.
  4. Day 3 A small step toward: the smallest version of one mildly avoided thing, rating the anxiety before and after.
  5. Day 4 Drop one safety behaviour: skip one check or one reassurance question today and watch the urge rise and fall.
  6. Day 5 The worry window: park worries for a fixed fifteen-minute slot and meet them there, not everywhere.
  7. Day 6 The body as base: caffeine, movement and sleep as the floor anxiety stands on.
  8. Day 7 Your hard-week protocol: early signs, the three moves that work for you, who you tell, and when you get help.
Level 3 · Steady · Level 3: Resilience for the Year
  1. Day 0 Foundation: an analysis for your chart — what exactly you can lean on in this course.
  2. Day 1 Review what works: of everything in levels 1-2, keep the three tools you actually used.
  3. Day 2 Early warning signs: your personal first signals, in body, sleep and behaviour.
  4. Day 3 Values over control: one action today in a direction you care about, with the anxiety along for the ride.
  5. Day 4 Your support circle: name who you tell, and send one message now while things are fine.
  6. Day 5 Predictable hard dates: mark next year's likely spikes and pre-plan one support for each.
  7. Day 6 After a spike: a gentle recovery routine that avoids both collapse and over-correction.
  8. Day 7 Your year protocol: tools, signals, values, people and dates — one page you can reopen.
How it works

A course that knows your chart

No app to install and no video to sit through: short lessons arrive in Telegram at the time you choose.

1 · Open the bot

The button opens @Jyoti108bot on this course's card. If you are new, the bot asks once for your date, time and place of birth.

2 · Day 0 is free

The first lesson is an analysis for your chart: which of your strengths to lean on in this topic. You pay only if you want to continue.

3 · One lesson a day

A short story, one idea in plain words, a practice of up to two minutes and one question for yourself — at the hour you choose.

4 · At your own pace

Missed a day? Nothing is lost — the next lesson waits, and the course can be paused. On the last day you put together your personal protocol.

Not a mock-up

What a lesson sounds like

Anxiety doesn't like schedules. That is exactly why a schedule works on it. Today you will learn to give worry one window a day — and take back the other fifteen hours.

The story

Marina set a timer for 9 p.m. Not because she believed in it — because she had promised herself to try once. At 3:40 p.m. an email came from the auditor. She caught herself on the third loop and wrote in her notebook: “auditor, 9 p.m.” By evening the list had six lines. At 9 p.m. she sat down and found that four of the six no longer worried her.

Today's practice

After you put the kettle on this evening, open your notes and write one line: “worry window, 9 p.m.” If it hits you during the day, write the topic down in one word and bring yourself back to what you were doing. At 9 p.m. — a 15-minute timer and the whole list.

An excerpt from day three of “Anxiety: 7 Days of Grounding”. The character is fictional; your lesson is written for your chart.

Before you start

Questions

How do I pay?
Inside @Jyoti108bot, with Telegram Stars (★). The price is on the course card before you pay; if your balance is short, the bot offers a top-up.
Is Day 0 really free?
Yes. The first lesson — the analysis for your chart — comes before any payment. You continue only if it suits you.
When do the lessons arrive?
Once a day, at the time you pick when you start (by default 8:00 local time).
Do I have to take the levels in order?
Yes: level 2 opens after level 1 is completed, level 3 after level 2. The bundle pays for all three at once, and each level opens as you go.
How is this different from an app or an article?
Every lesson is written for your birth chart and for how your previous day went. The chart is calculated by a Vedic astronomy engine; the lesson text is written by AI on top of those calculations.
Can I buy several courses at once?
Yes. Add them to the cart; the bot opens with the whole list, and each course starts at the time you choose.
  • The lessons are written by AI from your calculated chart; the chart itself is calculated by a deterministic engine.
  • The course teaches self-help skills. It is not treatment, not psychotherapy and not a substitute for a professional.
  • One lesson a day. If you miss a day, the course waits; you can also pause it.
  • 18+. You need your date, time and place of birth — the bot asks once.

If things are very hard right now, or you have thoughts of harming yourself, please contact a doctor or a crisis line in your country.
