This consent is a separate document. It is given by starting the @Jyoti108bot bot, registering in the web or mobile app of Jyoti 108, or pressing a button that refers to it.
I, the user of Jyoti 108, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to JyotiSoft LLC, New Mexico Business ID 0008118614, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (the operator), to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purposes. Registration and identification in the Service; calculating astrological charts; preparing and delivering readings, forecasts, reports and answers to my questions, including with AI models; keeping my history and settings; processing payments and the stars balance; support; security; sending service messages and, if I turn them on, notifications and digests.
2. Data. Telegram ID, username, first and last name, language; email address, Google or Apple account identifier; birth date, time and place, coordinates and time zone, gender, name I choose; current location; optional life context I provide; data of people I add (name, relationship, gender, birth data, location); my messages, questions (including voice messages converted to text) and the answers generated for me; payment and balance history; IP address, device and browser data, identifiers of the app and notifications.
3. Actions. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
4. Transfer. I agree that my data may be transferred to the processors listed in the Sub-processors list, including cross-border transfer to Germany (hosting), the USA (AI model providers, Google services) and other countries listed there, which may not ensure an equivalent level of protection, for the purposes above.
5. Term and withdrawal. The consent is valid until my account is deleted or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by deleting my account (How to delete your data) or by writing to info@jyotisoftllc.com. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except data it must keep by law.
6. Data of other people. When I add another person's data, I confirm that I have the right to provide it, and for a child — that I am the child's parent or legal guardian.
